Denise Gigova

Denise Gigova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business transformation and organizational capability development. Currently serving as Partner, Enterprise Transformation at MNP Digital since December 2022, Denise previously held the role of Strategic Advisor/Transformation Delivery at KPMG Canada from August 2016 to December 2022, where assistance was provided to C-suite executives and business leaders in achieving significant performance improvements. Prior roles include Strategic Initiatives Lead at RELX, where strategic advice was provided to senior management, and HR operational excellence was ensured, as well as Strategic Transformation Delivery and HR Lead at Coca-Cola HBC and Business Transformation Lead at ANDRA Management Consulting. Denise holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in International Business Administration from European-University Viadrina and a high school diploma in Management-Economy-Accounting from the National High School of Economy and Finance.
