Ian MacMillan

Ian MacMillan, CISM, CISA, QSA, currently serves as Senior Manager for Cyber Risk & Compliance at MNP Digital, where leadership in cybersecurity for Atlantic Canada and national cybersecurity awareness initiatives is a primary focus. Prior to this role, Ian co-founded Beauceron Security, emphasizing a paradigm shift in cybersecurity by empowering individuals to transition from passive victims to active defenders. Ian's experience includes a software development role at IBM within the QRadar SIEM ecosystem, instructing web design and development at daVinci College, and contributing to web media and communications at the University of New Brunswick. With a foundation in graphic design and web development from the Centre for Arts and Technology, Ian has also worked as a lead designer and graphic designer in various organizations.
