Ryan Hoag

Ryan Hoag is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in advising private companies and shareholders on various taxation and business matters. Currently serving as Regional Managing Partner and Tax Partner at MNP since January 2017, Ryan focuses on corporate reorganizations, business acquisitions and divestitures, estate planning, and compensation strategies while keeping abreast of evolving tax regulations. Prior to MNP, Ryan held roles at KPMG Enterprise as Regional Tax Leader and Partner and Senior Manager, Tax, and worked as an Accountant at AMEC, managing accounting for a diverse portfolio of services. Ryan also served as a Special Advisor to the Minister of Industry for the Government of Canada, providing guidance on key issues relevant to British Columbia.
