Sean Sprackett, CPA, CA, is the M&A Transaction Tax National Leader at MNP LLP, where they have delivered value to clients since 2012 through expertise in corporate reorganizations, acquisitions, due diligence, and estate planning. Previously, Sean held tax partner roles at Ernst & Young and BDO Dunwoody LLP, focusing on corporate tax and advisory services for a diverse range of industries. They began their career in audit at Rooney, Greig, Whitrod, Filion & Associates, progressing from junior to senior roles. Sean earned a BComm in Accounting and a Graduate Diploma in Accounting from Concordia University.
