Talal al-Mazrui

Talal Al-Mazrui is a seasoned professional in cloud infrastructure and technical support, currently serving as a Senior Specialist in Cloud Infrastructure at MNP since November 2023. With previous experience as Team Lead for Azure Cloud Support at MNP Digital from May 2020 to October 2023, Talal specialized in guiding SMB clients through cloud adoption and migration initiatives. Prior to this, Talal led the Technical Support Services Team at T4G Limited, focusing on ITIL-compliant service strategies and support for diverse technology environments. Talal's career began at Apple, where several roles, including Senior Technical Advisor, contributed to a robust foundation in technical support for Apple hardware and software. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Business Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University, an Advanced Diploma in Computer Programmer Analyst from George Brown College, and a GCE O-Level High School Diploma from Al-Sahwa Schools in Muscat, Oman.
