Wilson Lai

Wilson Lai, CPA, CA, is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in transaction advisory and corporate finance. Wilson has been with MNP since June 2007, progressing from roles such as Senior Consultant and Manager in Corporate Finance to Partner and Managing Director of Transaction Advisory at MNP Corporate Finance Inc., a position held since June 2017. Prior to this, Wilson served as Manager in Deal Advisory at Collins Barrow from May 2016 to May 2017. Wilson holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from Lakehead University, earned between 2003 and 2007.
