Its subsidiaries include Malaysian Reinsurance Berhad, which is engaged in underwriting of all classes of general reinsurance business; Takaful Ikhlas Berhad, which is engaged in Management of family, general and investment-linked takaful business; MNRB Retakaful Berhad, which is engaged in the management of family and general retakaful business; MMIP Services Sdn. Bhd., which is engaged in the management of Malaysian Motor Insurance Pool that provides motor insurance to vehicle owners unable to obtain insurance protection for their vehicles.
