Dean Russu

Dean Russu has extensive work experience in the engineering and construction industry. Dean started their career in 2006 as a Senior Construction Engineer at MNS Engineers. In 2010, they joined Cannon as the Director of Construction Management, where they worked until 2012. In 2017, they joined Tutor Perini Corporation as a Senior Civil/Structural Engineer and worked there until 2018.

Dean Russu obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo from 1988 to 1991. Dean then pursued a Master of Science degree in Structural Engineering and Geomechanics from Stanford University School of Engineering from 1992 to 1993. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dean also holds several certifications, including being a Certified Construction Manager (CCM) obtained from the Construction Management Association of America (CMAA) in August 2015, a Qualified SWPPP Developer / Practitioner (QSD / QSP) obtained from the California Stormwater Quality Association (QASQA) in July 2010, and being a Registered Professional Civil Engineer in the State of California since January 1995.
