Jeff Mutz has several years of experience in human resources and leadership roles. Jeff served as the Director of Human Resources/Education at Northfield Hospital + Clinics since 2017. Prior to that, they were the VP of Human Resources and Compliance Officer at Midwest Dental from 2014 to 2016. Jeff also worked as the VP of Human Resources at Health Dimensions Group from 2010 to 2013 and as the VP of Human Resources and Clinic Operations at Mille Lacs Health System from 2006 to 2009. Jeff started their career as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Columbia Park Medical Group from 1999 to 2006. Throughout their career, Jeff has provided leadership, developed HR programs, and implemented strategic initiatives in various healthcare organizations.
Jeff Mutz has an MBA from the University of St. Thomas - Opus College of Business. Jeff also holds a BS in Business Administration-Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-La Crosse. In addition to their degrees, they have obtained the SHRM-SCP certification from SHRM.
