Julia Smith has extensive experience in emergency medical services and nursing, currently serving as the EMS Education Coordinator at Northfield Hospital & Clinics since November 2015. Additionally, Julia has been involved with Northfield Hospital since November 2000, taking on roles as an Emergency Room RN and EMS Education Coordinator and Instructor. Prior positions include serving as a Patient Services Representative, Admissions Representative, and Unit Secretary in the Medical/Surgical Department. Julia's experience in education includes working as an EMS Exam Monitor at Hennepin Technical College from 2010 to 2014, instructing various EMS courses. Julia holds an Associate Degree in Nursing from Inver Hills Community College and an EMT-Basic Certification from Hennepin Technical College.
