Lisa (Ragen) Ide, MD, MPH, has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Lisa (Ragen) served as the Chief Medical Officer at Zipnosis, where they led innovative clinical care and collaborated with health systems to transform the patient experience in a population health framework. Prior to that, they held the role of Medical Director for Virtual Care Innovation, Health Systems Collaboration, and Digital Health at Zipnosis.

Lisa also worked as the Medical Director for Employee Health at Northfield Hospital & Clinics, where they developed policies and protocols for the Employee Health Department and provided case management consultation. Lisa (Ragen) served as a Physician at the Center for Victims of Torture, conducting medical intakes and forensic documentation for asylum seekers and refugees and delivering educational presentations to the medical community.

At Fairview Health Services, Lisa held the position of Medical Director for Fairview Nurse Advisors, where they reviewed and approved medical triage policies, provided consultation on difficult cases, and served as a resource for nurses. Lisa (Ragen) also served as the Medical Director for Employee Occupational Health Services at Fairview Health Services, developing employee health programs, policies, and standing orders for multiple hospitals and clinics, and providing medical direction to nurses and case managers. Lisa (Ragen) collaborated with injury prevention experts and case managers, resulting in successful reduction in work comp claims and incidents.

Lisa worked as a Worksite Physician at General Mills and as an Emergency Physician at Methodist Hospital, where they gained experience in emergency medicine. Throughout their career, Lisa has demonstrated expertise in clinical leadership, digital health, employee health, and providing care for vulnerable populations.

Lisa (Ragen) Ide, MD, MPH has a diverse education history. Lisa (Ragen) holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Art History from Dartmouth College. Lisa (Ragen) went on to attend Yale University School of Medicine, where they obtained their MD degree. Lisa also completed a residency at Regions Hospital in Occupational and Environmental Medicine, specializing in preventive medicine and becoming board certified in Occupational Medicine. In May 2004, they earned a Master of Public Health degree from the University of Minnesota School of Public Health. Additionally, they completed a residency at Hennepin County Medical Center in Emergency Medicine, becoming board certified in the field. Lisa also attended The Bush School in Seattle, although no specific degree was obtained.

In addition to their formal education, Lisa has obtained several certifications. Lisa (Ragen) completed the OnBoarding Women: Corporate Board Director Training Program offered by Deloitte in March 2019. In January 2017, they also obtained a certification in Health Informatics on FHIR from the Georgia Institute of Technology through Coursera.
