Elisabeth Noor

Elisabeth Noor has a diverse background in human resources and team leadership, currently serving as a Benefits Specialist at Mall of America since May 2017. Formerly, Elisabeth held the position of Human Resources Administrative Assistant, where responsibilities included creating and organizing employee personnel files and administering a wellness program. Prior experience includes a Team Lead role at Villa Italian Kitchen, directing team productivity and training new personnel, as well as a student supervisor position in Facilities Management at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Elisabeth also gained experience in food service through roles at the University of Minnesota Duluth's dining center and other establishments. An internship at Holy Cow! Press involved manuscript evaluation and organizational tasks. Elisabeth holds a B.A. in English from the University of Minnesota Duluth, completed in 2016.
