Saji Mammen is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR & Admin Manager at MOALAJAH, a joint venture between Veolia and Besix, since October 2023. Prior to this, Saji held the position of HR Shared Services Manager for the Middle East at Veolia Near & Middle East from March 2022 to September 2023, following Veolia's acquisition of Suez. Saji's extensive background includes roles such as HR Shared Services Manager and HR Manager at SUEZ from May 2016 to March 2022, HR Manager at Jaleel Holdings LLC, and Human Resources Manager at DARWISH BIN AHMED & SONS. Additional experience includes positions as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Al Reyami Office Furnishings and Manager at Singh & Co. Saji began a career in human resources as a Senior Executive at Silversoft Hamilton Technologies Pvt. Ltd. and Way2Wealth Brokers Pvt. Ltd. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Maharishi International University and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Mar Ivanios College.

Sewer Network With over 300 highly trained and multi-skilled employees, a fleet of specialized vehicles and specific tools and equipment, Moalajah serves a wide portfolio of clients in the public, residential, commercial and industrial sectors across the Emirates.We currently operate sewage networks in excess of 600 km combined length , with diameters ranging from 80 mm to 1200 mm diameter. Pumping stations Our expertise also involves operation and maintenance of pumping stations connected to the networks, lifting stations and vacuum stations. Over 45 pumping stations are currently operated by us, some fitted with pumps of 490 kW power assuring a flow of 1000 litres/second. RO, UF Plants Reverse Osmosis and Micro or Ultra filtration plants are also used in the treatment of potable water. Moalajah can provide operation and maintenance services, chemicals supply and reject disposal for such plants. We also install, supply and provide short term rent services for such package plants depending on your needs. Other Ad-hoc Services Moalajah can provide upon request specific services to its Clients that manage either on their own or with third parties their sewage assets
