Sondra Martin currently serves as the General Manager of Retail Operations at Moana Nursery, overseeing three retail locations and a team comprising 2 store managers, 7 assistant managers, and 75-120 teammates to achieve company objectives and manage operations for $13 million in retail sales since January 2020. Prior to this role, Sondra spent 16 years at Target, where responsibilities included leading teams as Store Director in two different locations, managing operations for stores generating $51 million and $38 million in sales, respectively. Sondra consistently achieved the Golden Contribution award by effectively managing payroll budgets while driving sales growth annually. Sondra holds an educational background from Truckee Meadows Community College.

Plus, all our stores offer services like consulting, planting and delivery. Our largest nursery/garden center is on South Virginia St. and features TreeLand and Moana Rock.
