Victor Casale has extensive work experience. Victor began their career in 1984 as the Chief Chemist and Managing Director of R&D, QA, Mfg. and Dist. Operations at MAC Cosmetics. In 1999, they founded and became President of Interact Management Inc., where they made early stage angel investments in Cover FX Skin Care Inc., Givex Corp. and EK3 Technologies Inc. In 2000, they co-founded Cover FX Skincare Inc. and served as the Chief Innovation Officer. In 2019, they co-founded both MOB Beauty and Pure Culture Beauty, where they served as Co-founder and CEO, and Co-founder and Chairman, respectively. In 2021, they became Co-founder of Pact Collective.
Victor Casale's education history includes a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from Ivey Business School at Western University (1999-2001), a B.Sc. in Chemistry from the University of Toronto (1984-1988), a C.Dir. in Chartered Director from McMaster University (2009-2010), a PMD in Program for Management Development from Harvard Business School (1998), and an IEP in International Executive Program from INSEAD (1999).
