Shelly Gayner

Shelly (Berliner) Gayner is an experienced legal professional currently serving as General Counsel and Global Head of Licensing at Mob Entertainment since January 2024. Previously, Gayner held the position of General Counsel at Big Fish Games from June 2022 to August 2023, where key accomplishments included drafting AI guidelines, implementing responsible gameplay policies, and leading diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. Prior to that, Gayner worked at GSN Games as Vice President of Business Development & Legal and Director of Business & Legal Affairs, focusing on deal negotiation and business partnerships. Earlier experience includes positions at Paragon Legal, Sony Computer Entertainment America, PlayStation, Sun Microsystems, and Sega, encompassing roles such as Senior Legal Counsel and Corporate Counsel, with extensive expertise in licensing, compliance, and corporate governance. Gayner earned a B.A. in Political Science from UC Santa Barbara and a J.D. from Pepperdine Law.
