Wilco van Sandwijk has a diverse work experience spanning over 16 years. Wilco started their career as a Service Monteur at Modesta in 2005, where they gained valuable experience in servicing and maintenance. In 2007, they joined Moba b.v. as a Monteur Systeem Componenten. After three years, they moved on to work at aral lasservice as an Inlener, where they focused on engineering and producing machine parts and structures for the poultry industry.

In 2010, Wilco became the Owner of Vaw techniek, where they performed welding and assembly work, as well as providing technical services. Wilco worked on various projects in industries such as food processing, waste management, biogas installations, and district heating.

Wilco returned to Moba Group in 2015, initially as a Supply Chain Planner, responsible for planning machine construction, coordinating assembly, parts fabrication, and procurement. Wilco was also part of project teams for major customer projects. Later, they became a Service Preparation Engineer, where they established a new role in the Service department, focusing on job preparation for global service and installation projects. Wilco collaborated with customers and project management, as well as internal departments such as Supply Chain, Assemblage, and Shipping. Subsequently, they took on the role of Technisch Coordinator Backoffice, leading projects to develop new services for customers, including mobile apps for production and quality monitoring, maintenance plans, and systems. Wilco also provided customer support for these products and assisted the Service and CustomerCare departments with ERP issues and improvement projects.

Throughout their career, Wilco has demonstrated technical expertise, project management skills, and a customer-oriented approach. Wilco has a strong background in the machinery industry and a range of experience in different sectors.

Wilco van Sandwijk completed their Bachelor's degree in Technische Bedrijfskunde from Windesheim during the period of 2022 to 2026. Prior to that, they pursued a mbo degree in TIG 2 from 2009 to 2010. In 2007 to 2008, they studied Mechanical Engineering with a focus on monteur montage en onderhoud. Additionally, they obtained various certifications such as Vca vol in 2014, and completed courses in NEN1010, NEN3140, aanslaan van lasten, verplaatsen van lasten, as well as vorkheftruck en hoogwerker in 2008.
