Peter Carlstedt has worked in a variety of roles since 1991. Peter began their career at STI Telemarketing as a Project Manager/Sales Manager, where they were responsible for project revenues, recruitment, training, and personnel responsibility for major sales teams. In 1996, they moved to MMP AB as an Account Manager, selling business and economic databases. In 1998, they joined Jupiter Communications as a European Account Manager, building the Nordic sales organization for the company's products and consulting services in New Media research. In 2001, they joined MTG Sverige as a Sales Team Leader and Key Account Manager, managing a team of Key account managers, Account manager, and Commercial planners. In 2015, they moved to Lagardère Sports as a Sales Manager, focusing on helping clients to leverage on the emotional and passionate power of sports & entertainment. In 2019, they joined Brand New Story, Part of the Brand New Content Group as a Business Director. Most recently, in 2020, they joined M.O.B.A Network AB as Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and Head of Sales.

Peter Carlstedt attended Ekeby Gymnasium from 1991 to 1994, where they obtained a Gymnasieutbildning in Ekonomi. From 1994 to 2014, they attended Uppsala Universitet and Stochholms Universitet, where they obtained degrees in Marknadsföring, försäljning, ekonomi, and business administration. Peter also attended K1 in 1996, where they obtained a MPJ - Militärpolisjägare degree in Militärpolisjägare.
