Kaylee Paffrath

Kaylee Paffrath joined MAEDC's team in February 2023 as Director of Business Development. Prior to joining MAEDC, she directed the fundraising, marketing, and public relations efforts of Moberly Area Community College.

Previously, she worked at Gold Crest Distributing and the Essential Family of Brands in Mexico, MO as Creative Marketing Director. Her responsibilities included sourcing products from international companies and synthesizing marketing stakeholders' input into communication and art strategies that were based on broad strategic goals.

She graduated from Mexico High School and Columbia College, where she earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA). She resides in Moberly with her husband Colin and their children Maxwell and Harper.
