Randy Asbury

Randy has been the Director of Business Development for the Moberly Area Economic Development Corporation since August 21, 2019. He is now serving as President.

Randy Asbury was a former Missouri state representative, and serves as CEO/founder of Principled Solutions & Strategies, LLC through which he provides professional association management, public policy, legislative advocacy, and consulting services. He is also a realtor with Century 21 McKeown & Associates, Inc. in Moberly. Prior to these positions, he was executive director for the Coalition to Protect the Missouri River for 15 years. In that role, he advocated for and protected the economic interests of agriculture, navigation, and utility interests relative to Missouri River environmental issues. Asbury previously served as a Randolph County associate commissioner.

Randy graduated from Fayette High School and the University of Missouri. He resides in Salisbury, Missouri with his wife, Connie, and has four adult children and two grandchildren.
