Hart Ripley is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in automation and solutions architecture. Currently serving as the National Automation Lead & Solutions Architect at MOBIA, Ripley leads the Red Hat practice, focusing on technical pre-sales, solution integrations, and market trends. Prior to MOBIA, Ripley worked as a DevOps Consultant at Arctiq, specializing in automation and process efficiency, and held various roles at Scalar Decisions, including Solutions Architect and Systems Engineer, where a strong emphasis was placed on secure solution architecture and pre-sales support. Ripley's early career included positions at ATS Automation Tooling Systems as a Network Administrator/Network Architect and I.T. Client Support Technician. Ripley holds a degree in Computer Systems Technology from Fanshawe College.
