Michał Hadwiczak

Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on innovation in software development and decentralized systems. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha provides training and mentorship for projects involving startups, enterprises, and government entities. As the owner and founder of managination since 2005, Micha emphasizes dynamic and reliable software development processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha has contributed to various organizations, such as Share&Charge as a Foundation Board member and blockchain advisor roles at IIB Council and SwissBorg. Micha holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and has further education credentials in Fintech and Project Management.
