Micha Roon is an experienced technology leader with a strong focus on innovation and software development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association, Micha provides training and mentorship to support various innovation projects. As the owner and founder of managination, Micha aims to enhance the software development landscape through dynamic and reliable processes. Previous roles include Head of Web3 Engineering at NOUMENA DIGITAL AG, Chief Technology Officer at bonq, and Chief Innovation Officer at Energy Web, among others. Micha has extensive experience in blockchain technology, having worked in various advisory and technical roles, including as a Senior Blockchain Developer at Sweetbridge, Inc. and as a Blockchain Advisor for SwissBorg. Micha Roon holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from the University of Lausanne and additional qualifications from prestigious institutions such as MIT and PMI.
