Micha Roon is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in the technology and blockchain sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering at The Hashgraph Association since May 2023, Micha provides training and mentorship to innovators in startups, enterprises, and government. As the owner and founder of managination, a company dedicated to enhancing the software development landscape, Micha has been active since July 2005.
