George W. Gilbert has a strong work experience in various leadership roles. From 2006 to 2015, they served as the Principal at Results Engineering, leading a team in delivering enterprise-level software solutions and contributing to the company's growth in the Enterprise Content Management industry. In 2015, they joined Konica Minolta Business Solutions U.S.A., Inc. as the Director of ECM Solution Engagement, where they worked directly with clients in sales and delivery, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality ECM solutions. From March 2020 to December 2022, George served as the Director of ECM Customer Success at Konica Minolta, building and leading a team that focused on ensuring customer success and driving solution value and user adoption. Currently, George is the Chief Executive Officer of MobiClocks, a cloud-based time and attendance tracking system that benefits construction companies by improving payroll accuracy, productivity, cost reduction, and compliance.
George W. Gilbert holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial and Systems Engineering from Auburn University. George W. also obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a concentration in Finance/Program Management from the University of Florida. In addition to their academic achievements, George W. Gilbert has acquired several certifications throughout their career. George W. received the BPMN - Certified Professional certification in September 2011. In March 2009, they obtained the PMP - PMI Project Management Professional certification from the Project Management Institute.
