Clement Adele

Clement Adele has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Clement began as an Operations Manager at El's Culture International, where they oversaw the day-to-day operations of a model agency and managed a team of models. After that, they worked as a Freelance Brand Consultant & Strategist at Zadele Brands, conducting research and analysis to develop comprehensive brand strategies for clients.

In 2018, they joined MOBicure as a Senior Graphics Designer, specializing in creating visually captivating graphics for online sales and brand awareness. Clement then transitioned to the role of Senior Graphic Web Designer, where they optimized content management systems and utilized UX best practices. Most recently, at MOBicure, they served as the Digital Marketing Lead, leveraging analytics tools and executing digital marketing strategies to drive online sales and enhance brand visibility.

In addition to their corporate work, Clement founded SheDesigns Africa Foundation in 2020, focusing on empowering aspiring female graphic designers with industry skills and knowledge. Clement created training materials, managed the training schedule, and certified successful students.

Throughout their career, Clement has demonstrated expertise in strategic brand management, graphic design, operations management, and digital marketing.

Clement Adele has a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics from the University of Benin, which they obtained from 2011 to 2015. In 2019, they completed a course on User Experience Design at The Interaction Design Foundation. Clement also obtained a diploma in Digital Marketing from Shaw Academy. Clement has additional certifications in various areas such as business growth, branding for designers, building digital products, and operation planning guidelines for Covid19.
