Alicia Gondrie

Alicia Gondrie has a diverse work experience, starting with their current role as a Category Manager at Mobiel.nl since 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Leen Bakker from 2020 to 2022 as a Category Assistant, responsible for various tasks including promotional planning, supplier communication, product analysis, and internal coordination. From 2019 to 2020, Alicia worked at B&S BV as a Jr. Category Manager, where they managed the Media & Gifting category, handled assortment management, pricing, promotions, and vendor relationships. Alicia also worked as a Retail Coordinator and Trainee at B&S BV in 2019. Additionally, Alicia has experience as a Research Assistant at Erasmus Centre for Business Innovation in 2017 and as a Promotional Assistant at Brandwise Group and Randstad Nederland from 2016 to 2017. From 2017 to 2018, Alicia obtained a Master of Science in Strategic Management from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Prior to their master's degree, they completed their Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSc Bedrijfskunde) from the same university, studying from 2013 to 2016.

During their bachelor's degree, Alicia also participated in an exchange semester at the University of Bath in 2015 and 2016, focusing on Business Administration.
