Frank Alkema

Frank Alkema started their work experience in 2016 with roles at GrandVision Benelux, where they worked as a Medewerker Training en Opleidingen and later conducted an Afstudeeronderzoek. Frank then worked at IKEA Group as a Goodsflow medewerker from April 2015 to December 2016. In 2016, they also worked as an HR SSC medewerker at DHL from November to April. From April 2017 to September 2018, they were a Commercieel consultant at USG Marketing, Communication & Sales NL. Frank joined Jaamo in January 2019 as a Ruby on Rails Developer and worked there until December 2021. Frank then worked for Aeroscan as a Software Developer from December 2021 to April 2022. Currently, they are employed as a Software engineer back-end at Mobiel.nl starting from April 2022.

In 2018, they attended Le Wagon and obtained a degree in FullStack Developer, specializing in Web Development.

From 2012 to 2016, they studied at HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, earning a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in Human Resource Management.

Between 2006 and 2012, they attended Maerlant College and completed their VWO diploma, with a focus on Natuur en Gezondheid (Natural Sciences and Health).

In addition to their formal education, Frank Alkema obtained several certifications. In May 2018, they completed "JavaScript Essential Training" at LinkedIn. In April 2018, they completed "HTML Essential Training", and in March 2018, they completed both "CSS Essential Training 1" and "CSS Essential Training 2", all at LinkedIn as well.
