Dylan Pepler

Dylan Pepler has a strong background in marketing, telecommunications, and IT management. Dylan started their career as an Office Manager at Liberty Communications in 2006 before moving on to Solar Communications as an Account Manager in 2013. In 2014, they joined Blackstar Solutions Ltd, where they held roles as Operations Manager and Head of Marketing until 2023. Dylan then transitioned to Croft as the Head of Marketing, focusing on delivering IT Managed Services and business telecommunication solutions. Dylan also founded Battle of the Paddle in 2016. Dylan'sexperience includes customer service, account management, social media marketing, and researching new technology in the telecommunications industry.

Dylan Pepler attended the University of the West of England from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a degree in Business Enterprise BA (Hons) with a focus on Small Business Motivation.
