Steve MacKlin

Steve Macklin is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in consultancy and management. Currently serving as a Consultant at Croft since February 2023, Steve provides Managed Service Provider (MSP) consultancy to senior management following a business acquisition. Previously, as Account Director at Croft, Steve ensured clients received optimal service for their IT and telecom needs, expanding offerings to include mobile phones and complete hardware lifecycle services. Prior to Croft, Steve was the Owner of Pure IT Support Ltd from May 1998 to February 2023, focusing on client relations and business expansion. Steve's earlier roles include IT Contractor positions at various organizations, such as WCI Consulting Limited, Aker Kvaerner, and others, where responsibilities included implementing IT strategies in NHS projects and managing VPN projects. Steve's career began at Eastleigh College as IT Support Manager, progressing from technician to leadership roles. Steve holds an OND in Computer Studies from City College, Southampton.
