Richard Bennett CSM, CSPO has over 20 years of professional experience in the technology field. Richard began their career in 1998 as an Account Manager at Lightbridge. Richard then moved to T-Mobile in 2001, where they served as a Territory Sales Manager. In 2004, they joined LEI Corporation as a Sales Project Manager. In 2009, they began working at Massachusetts General Hospital as an Applications Analyst in Imaging Informatics. In 2011, they became a Project Manager for Electronic Health Records and Patient Portal at Allscripts. In 2015, they joined Nuance Communications as a Senior Project Manager in Healthcare. Richard is currently the Senior Regional Director at Mobile Aspects.

Richard Bennett CSM, CSPO has an extensive educational background. In 1994, they obtained a Bachelor of Science in Resort Management and Business Management Concentration from the University of Maine. In 2005, they obtained a Graduate Certification in Medical Device Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. In 2015, they began pursuing a Master of Science in Healthcare Informatics and Management with an Innovation Concentration from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, which they are expected to complete in Spring 2023.

In addition to their formal education, Richard Bennett has obtained several certifications. In 2017, they obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified Scrum Master (CSM) from the Scrum Alliance. In 2012, they obtained the Allscripts Touchworks (formerly Enterprise) EHR from Allscripts. In 2011, they obtained the Allscripts Professional EHR from Allscripts. In 2008, they obtained the EKG/ECG from the American Red Cross. In 1997, they obtained the Effective Coaching and Sales Management from Talk America. In 2022, they are expected to obtain the HubSpot Sales Software from HubSpot Academy.
