Sourav Mohanty

Sourav Mohanty has a wealth of work experience in the engineering and technology fields. Sourav is currently the Head of Engineering at Mobile Assistant, a position they have held since 2022. Prior to that, they were the Founder & CTO of Nexus from 2020 to 2022. From 2017 to 2020, they were the Engineering Technical Lead at Visa. Before that, they were a Software Engineer at Tata Consultancy Services from 2013 to 2017, where they developed proprietary solutions and mobile web applications for the Wealth Management portfolio. Sourav also worked with the engineering team to develop mobile web applications that could scale to the full spectrum of screen sizes and platforms, and was responsible for acquiring request payload from the Business Service Tier and converting requests to abstract the sources of physical data from consumers.

Sourav Mohanty obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology from the College of Engineering and Technology, Bhubaneswar between 2009 and 2013. Sourav then went on to obtain a Master's Degree in Management Information Systems, General from Texas A&M University between 2015 and 2017. In addition, they obtained a Practical Machine Learning Certification from Coursera Course Certificates in July 2016.
