Shamya Simpson is a skilled professional with extensive experience in the food service industry and a current role as a Disease Intervention Specialist at the Mobile County Health Department since October 2021. Previously, Shamya held various positions at Buffalo Wild Wings and Olive Garden, showcasing versatility as a Food Server and To-go Specialist. Prior experience includes roles as Server, Hostess, and QA at Chili's, along with early career positions at Buffalo Wild Wings and Sam's Sports Grill. Shamya obtained a degree in Hospital Management from the University of South Alabama, further enhancing the ability to combine healthcare knowledge with practical experience in customer service.
