Mike Herndon

Mike Herndon worked as a Public Relations Specialist for the Mobile County Public School System starting in October 2015. Prior to that, they served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of South Alabama, starting in August 2011. Mike'searliest work experience was as a Sports Reporter/columnist for The Mobile Press Register, where they worked from May 1993 until October 2015.

Mike Herndon earned their Bachelor of Arts degree in Journalism from The University of Alabama, completing their studies from 1987 to 1992. Mike then pursued a Master of Arts degree in English-Creative Writing from the University of South Alabama, which they obtained from 2000 to 2004.
