Monica Motley

Monica (Tate) Motley is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in educational leadership and counseling. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Transformational Improvement and Director of Guidance & Counseling for the Mobile County Public School System, Monica has also held key positions such as Managing Partner at The INSPYR Group, President of the Alabama School of Mathematics and Science, and Director of Student Services. Additionally, Monica has contributed to academia as an Assistant Professor at the University of South Alabama. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Philosophy in Counselor Education & Supervision/School Counseling from Auburn University and a Master of Education in School Counseling from the University of South Alabama.
