Collins N. has a diverse work experience in the field of IT and cloud administration. Collins started their career as a Desktop Support Specialist at Long Island University, where they achieved high user satisfaction ratings and resolved complex issues efficiently. Collins then worked as a Systems Engineer at Custom Computer Specialists, where they supported Microsoft Windows server technologies and administered Active Directory, DNS, and Exchange. At Kimco Realty Corporation, Collins served as a System Administrator and gained advanced experience in migrating on-premises resources to Azure and managing Azure Virtual Machine capacity. Collins then worked as an M365 Cloud Engineer at McDermott Will & Emery, where they were responsible for the day-to-day administration of Microsoft M365 Suite and Azure Cloud Infrastructure. Collins automated system upgrades and patching using Azure Update Management and implemented Intune architecture for mobile device management. Currently, Collins is working as an Azure Cloud Administrator at Mobile Health. In this role, they have designed and automated Azure IaaS and PaaS capabilities, implemented CI/CD pipelines using Terraform and Azure DevOps, and developed a disaster recovery plan for Microsoft Azure.

Collins N. obtained a Master's degree in Information Systems from Long Island University Post, where they studied from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from the Catholic University Institute of Buea, where they completed their studies from 2009 to 2013. Additionally, Collins N. has obtained a certification as a Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate from Microsoft, in September 2021.
