Mike Iwanek

Mike Iwanek is an experienced professional in the healthcare technology sector, currently serving as Vice President of Professional Services at Mobile Heartbeat since November 2010. In this role, Mike oversees the deployment and implementation of solutions across over 200 hospitals in the United States and leads multiple teams to ensure successful outcomes for prominent hospital systems. Previously, as a Product Manager, Mike contributed to the design and market introduction of the original Mobile Heartbeat solution. Mike's earlier experience includes leadership roles at JD Wetherspoon and Norwich City Football Club, where responsibilities included team oversight and customer service excellence. Mike holds a BA in International Relations and Modern History from the University of East Anglia, obtained between 2007 and 2010.
