Jay Cooper

Jay Cooper is the owner of Uncle Jays Pond, a firearms training and consulting business established in June 2012, which also incorporates fishing services. In addition to this role, Jay Cooper has served as the Director of Ancillary Services at Mobile Medical Response, Inc. since September 1994. Educational background includes attending Juneau Douglas High School from 1980 to 1983 and further training at the Great Lakes Emergency Services Institute. Jay Cooper is actively involved in delivering NRA certified education programs during the non-frozen months.
