Ken Yuan is a seasoned professional with over 10 years of experience in various roles. Ken started their career in 2010 as a Film Editor at Top Works Media and Culture Production Co. Ltd. In 2011, they moved to Apple Retail as a Training Specialist, where they were responsible for running enterprise-focused workshops, creating training content, and providing Apple professional application training. In 2013, they joined Mobile Mentor as a Business Analyst | Project Manager - App Development, Technical Analyst, Mobility System Engineer, and Support Mentor. In their roles at Mobile Mentor, Ken was responsible for managing multiple software projects, resourcing, product development, scoping, technical requirements, issue risks, QA, enterprise mobility management platform solution design, consultation, and implementation, enterprise mobile threat management solution integration and consultation, project coordination, Level 2 technical BAU support, service desk escalation, and queue management, and enterprise mobility management platform administration. In 2022, Ken moved to Logrithm as the Head of Ops.

Ken Yuan completed a BA Honors in Screen and Media Studies from The University of Waikato between 2006 and 2009. Ken also completed a BA in Japanese and Ceramics from Kansai Gaidai University in 2007. Prior to this, Ken Yuan completed a Diploma in Business from Wintec - Waikato Institute of Technology between 2004 and 2006. Ken Yuan also has several certifications, including Android Enterprise Professional from Google (obtained in December 2018), ICAgile Certified Professional (ICP) from ICAgile (obtained in February 2018), and Information Security Awareness in the Workplace from The Center for Information Security Awareness - CFISA & InfragardAwareness (obtained in March 2017). Ken also has certifications from Microsoft, Citrix, Japan-US Community Education and Exchange (JUCEE), VMware, and Apple.
