Matthew Hibbert has worked in the IT industry since 2008, when they began as an Assistant Superintendent and Laborer at Power Design, Inc. In 2017, they joined PEAKE Technology Partners as an IT Professional Service Engineer (III) & Field Services Manager, Technical Support Engineer II and IT Dispatch Manager, and IT Support Technician 1. In 2021, they moved to Thrive as a System Administrator, and in 2022 they joined Mobile Mentor as Lead System Administrator. Prior to this, they were Head Bartender at Boston's Restaurant & Sports Bar from 2007 to 2008, where they promoted positive customer and associate relations, provided prompt and efficient service, and took corrective action when necessary.
Matthew Hibbert received a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Towson University from 2012 to 2015. Prior to that, they obtained an Associate's degree in General Studies from the College of Southern Maryland from 2010 to 2012. Additionally, they obtained a TAM certification in August 2015 and a Cicerone Beer Server certification in September 2014.
