Stephen Straits

Stephen Straits has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Stephen started their career as a Research Engineer at Taylor University in 2013. Stephen then worked as a Lean Facilitator at Da-Lite from September 2014 to April 2015, and later as a Mechanical Design Engineer at Near Space Launch from May 2014 to August 2015. Stephen also served as a Mechanical Designer at Da-Lite for a short period in 2016.

In 2017, Stephen took on the role of Barista at The Well Cafe while also serving as the Student Body President at Regent College, which lasted until April 2018. Stephen then worked as a Construction Worker at JCIL Building & Electrical Services from September 2018 to September 2019.

Stephen's experience also includes being an Outreach Caseworker at City Hearts from September 2019 to August 2020. Stephen then transitioned to become a Student Counselor at Sheffield Mind Ltd from October 2020 to August 2021. Currently, Stephen is the Head of Operations MPUK at Mobile Power UK, a position they have held since October 2020.

Stephen Straits completed their high school education at Warsaw Community High School from 2006 to 2010. Afterward, they attended Taylor University from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Engineering Physics. Stephen later pursued further education at Regent College from 2015 to 2018, earning a Master of Arts (MA) degree in Theology/Theological Studies.
