Ian Brooksbank

Ian Brooksbank possesses extensive experience in telecommunications, spanning over three decades. Since October 2018, Ian has worked as a Drive Test Engineer at Mobile Systems International (MSIUK), focusing on drive testing for Telefonica Network across major UK locations, analyzing performance and signal strength for network optimization. Prior to this, Ian served as a Delivery Manager at Huawei Technologies, where responsibilities included managing the Beacon cell site re-parent program. Ian's career began at Ericsson in the early 1990s, progressing through various roles from System Test Engineer to Core Network Integration Engineer, and accumulating valuable expertise in network integration and testing. Ian's educational background includes an HND in Electronics and Communications Engineering and relevant qualifications in Industrial Measurement and Control from Coventry Technical College, Longlands Technical College, and Teesside University.
