Philip Garvin has had a successful career in the television industry. Philip started in 1978 as the President of Colorado Studios. In 1994, they became the President of Mobile TV Group. In 2001, they co-founded AXS TV and served as the Chief Operating Officer until 2013. AXS TV was the first high definition network and expanded its coverage to various cable and satellite providers.

Philip Garvin attended Yale University from 1965 to 1970, where they pursued a B.A., B.F.A., and M.F.A. degree in Fine/Studio Arts, General.
