Chin-wei Lin

Chin-wei Lin has been working in the engineering field since 2017. Chin-wei began their career at MSC Software as an Engineer, where they analyzed PCB vibration for the National Space Organization of Taiwan, analyzed car body sheet metal strength and wiper linkage dynamics for China Motor Corporation, and provided Adams, MSC/Nastran and MSC/Patran software basic operation training. In 2019, they joined Toyota InfoTechnology Center, U.S.A., INC. as a Cooperative Perception Intern, where they explored possible usage of cooperative perception in automatic lane merging and built a microscopic simulation for lane changing and car following. Currently, Chin-wei is a Robotics Engineer at MVP Robotics.

Chin-wei Lin attended the National Taiwan University from 2013 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Chin-wei then continued their education at the University of Michigan, graduating in 2019 with a Master of Science in Robotics.
