LtCol O’Toole is a retired MARSOC Raider. He has 25 years of experience in tactical training, having spent his entire career in command and operations billets. LtCol O’Toole has led thousands of people in combat, operations, and training on 5 continents. LtCol O’Toole received his MBA at the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College following his military service and is the founder and President of a rapidly growing technology company.
