Laura McCutchan is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in user experience (UX) and user interface (UI) design. Currently serving as the Director of Design at mobileLIVE Inc since March 2021, Laura oversees a large team of designers and fosters client relationships while establishing design governance. Previous roles include Lead Product Designer at edX, where Laura led online UX/UI courses, and Senior UX/UI Designer at Altus Group and Scotiabank, where project implementations and design strategies were key responsibilities. Laura's foundational experience began with various roles at Bell Media, Hachette Filapacchi Media, and MacLaren McCann, contributing significant expertise in design direction and production. Laura holds an MFA in Design & Technology and a BFA in Communication Design, both from the Parsons School of Design.
