Mette Godsk Jensen

Mette Godsk Jensen has extensive work experience in various roles and organizations. Currently, they serve as the Chief People Officer at MobilePay since October 2022. In 2021, they joined Become as a Board Member. Prior to that, they worked at Implement Consulting Group as a Partner from September 2020 to October 2022 and as a Transformation Lead and Leadership Development Consultant from June 2015 to September 2020. Earlier in their career, they served as a Transformation Lead at Maersk Tankers from November 2013 to May 2015, HR Director at Nasdaq OMX from December 2011 to April 2013, Human Resource Manager at Inter IKEA Centre Group from March 2009 to November 2011, and Human Resource Manager at Deadline Games from January 2006 to February 2009. Overall, Mette Godsk Jensen has gained extensive expertise in leadership development, transformation, and human resources throughout their career.

Mette Godsk Jensen completed their education at Middlesex University from 1997 to 2001, earning a BA Honours degree in International Management. In 2000, they also attended Nagoya University for a short term course in Business Ethics and Cross Cultural Understanding in Business. During the same year, they took a course on Organisational Development at Ryerson University. Prior to their university education, Mette attended Espergærde Gymnasium from 1991 to 1994. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the HBDI Whole Brain Model certification from Herrmann International Denmark in May 2018. In June 2015, they completed the Prosci ADKAR Change Management certification offered by Prosci. Mette also obtained the Prince2 certification from Lederne - Danmarks største lederorganisation in January 2014.
