Mohinder Paul is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in managing large teams and driving technological innovation. Currently serving as Sr. Director of Engineering at Mobileum since January 2024, Mohinder previously held a similar position at Guavus from December 2007 to January 2024, where leadership responsibilities included overseeing a team of over 30 professionals. Prior to this, Mohinder progressed through various engineering roles at Guavus and held positions such as Director of Engineering and Senior Manager Engineering. Earlier career experience includes roles at Alcatel-Lucent and NetDevices, starting with a Software Engineer position in 2005. Mohinder holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Technology from Punjab Engineering College, obtained in 2005.
