Norberto Henriques

Norberto Henriques has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Norberto started their career as a Developer at the Laboratório de Informática e Sistemas do Instituto Pedro Nunes in 1998. Norberto then worked as a Data Analyst at DataStream Software from 2000 to 2001.

In 2002, Norberto became an Independent Contractor, specializing in development and design projects. During this period, they worked on various projects including website development, promotional videos, and multimedia CD-ROMs. Norberto used technologies such as digital video and image editing, Adobe After Effects, Premiere, Encore, Dreamweaver, and Flash.

In 2005, Norberto briefly worked as an Assistant Professor at the Instituto Politécnico de Coimbra. Norberto then joined ESTG - Instituto Politécnico de Leiria as an Assistant Professor in 2006, where they remained until 2014.

From 2014 to 2016, Norberto worked as a UX Specialist at WeDo Technologies before being promoted to Head of User Experience, a position they held until 2019. Currently, Norberto is the Global Head of User Experience at Mobileum, a position they have held since June 2019.

Throughout their career, Norberto has gained expertise in user experience, software development, data analysis, and teaching.

Norberto Henriques completed their education in a chronological order as follows. From 1995 to 2001, they attended Universidade de Coimbra and earned a Licenciatura (Bachelor) degree in Multimedia, Database, and Data Mining. Later, from 2001 to 2006, they pursued a Mestrado (MSc) degree in eLearning and Data Mining from the same institution. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a UX Certificate from the Nielsen Norman Group in November 2016.
