Rajesh Shandilya

Rajesh Shandilya has a diverse work experience in the telecom industry. Rajesh started their career as a Trainee at Subex in 2009, where they monitored FMS applications and provided extensive support to customers. Rajesh then advanced to the role of Engineer - PSO, troubleshooting and assisting clients with ad hoc reports for fraud detection. Rajesh also conducted root cause analysis and made recommendations for product enhancements.

As their experience grew, Rajesh became a Senior Engineer - PSO, responsible for managing change requests and mentoring a team of 32 members. Rajesh then moved on to the role of Managed Services Consultant, where they assessed fraud operations, implemented recommendations, and automated health checks for FM and RA implementations.

In 2014, Rajesh became a Senior Consultant - Managed Service, leading fraud management and revenue assurance operations, conducting control gap assessments, and developing operations handbooks. Rajesh then took on the position of Senior Principal Consultant in 2016, defining and implementing best industry practices for fraud management and revenue assurance.

Most recently, Rajesh joined Mobileum in 2019 as a Solutions Architect.

Rajesh Shandilya attended the Manipal Institute of Technology from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Information and Communication Technology. In addition to their formal education, Rajesh also obtained a certification in TUFF from CEH - Ethical Hacking.
